My pans have slightly rounded sides, so when I pour to drain, alot of the liquid gets stuck in the curved edge. But that is the fault of my pans, so I may need to upgrade.... We took this camping and it worked with all of my camping pans. It also has a very firm clasp so it's not going to fall off.
