I'm not sure how I came across this book but I am so glad I did. Having tried out a few 'recipes', I'm now on my second batch of essential oil face serum. I've made the essential oil skin tonic sprizter and celebrity bee stung lip salve. I've always been keen on using natural products and you can't get any more natural than the ingredients you already have in your fridge and kitchen. The initial outlay is for the essential oils and Stella makes recommendations in her book with a free sample of lavender essential oil with further a purchase too. I've sourced spray glass bottles and small cosmetic tins on the internet at a reasonable cost. The book is easy to read and use. No fancy colour pictures of the finished products but you don't need them. This book is a must for anyone wanting to try their hand at making their own natural health and beauty products. It will certainly make you think again at just how commercial products are made and why they cost so much. Combine this book with Stella's 'How to make' on YouTube. To see how well Stella looks is fantastic. So pleased that Stella is starting to get the recognition she deserves.

So one day my son decided to send me a gift and he didn't want that gift to be ordinary but rather unusual and interesting so he decided to buy this book ( I am a huge fun of books and I love reading ). This book is full of natural beauty tips and the most wonderful recipes using everday ingredients. I look forward to using some of the recipes in my essential oil workshops and for myself and with my friends. Stella writes in such a real way, reading the book I felt like I was with her having a girly chat. I love that she is empowering so many women to look and feel their best and I am happy to recommend this book.

I bought Sensual Sorcery for my wife knowing she'd appreciate it since Stella is her life coach teacher. I glanced through it thinking there would be nothing for males but found a great yogi detox and many suggestions on health which I now follow because they're brilliant and I'm seeing results. I don't usually post reviews but felt in this case Stella Ralfini really deserved one.

Sensual Sorcery is a book packed with amazing homemade remedies for beauty and health but it goes way beyond that. Her life quotes are powerful reminders of the need to stay strong in a harsh world and she has a wicked sense of humour. Stella Ralfini suggests at the beginning of the book that the reader should just dip in and out as the mood takes. I read it like a novel and was captured by her every word.

Who would have thought that a book of health and beauty receipts could be so charming, informative and fun!
