Honestly this game got me back to gaming. Even though I have only played 2 hours so far, I am already wondering when I can get time to play the game! The monsters I have been up against so far have been interesting and have cool designs. It's not as hard as other souls like games so far (I'm sure I'll regret that later), but still enough of a challenge to casual gamer like me where I feel victorious up against a Yaoguai. Sure the graphics aren't the best and even in performance mode the frames targets 60fps not locked. But, I am enjoying it. Definitely worth the wait for this physical one in comparison to the digital one.

Been waiting for this game from a long time! Christmas came early :D. I really appreciate the developers for providing the deluxe edition along with the disk. I got really excited to see a wee booklet inside but it was just a multi language booklet with the voucher code. Wish there were some stickers or something like the old days. Oh well! Super happy with the purchase.

I'm sure the developers of this game would like most of the reviews to be about " how beautiful and rich each of the new locations are " or "how unique and varied each of the enemies you encounter are" But unfortunately due to the very difficult learning curve of this game ( pretty much from the start ) most casual gamers like me will not be finding out about most of the game as like me you will stop playing it very early on. The game is primarily Boss fight after Boss fight with a little bit of traversing in between with some minor enemies thrown in. If you like spending hours and hours trying to learn a Bosses moves before you finally defeat it, then this is the game for you. Personally I think the developers have got the balance of Engaging and Enjoyable wrong. There is NO difficulty adjustment setting. Why the developers of games force people into playing their game a certain way is beyond me. I'd imagine most casual gamers like me have normal lives ( a job, relationship, a family ) and just want a couple of hours a night or week defeating "Baddies" and then moving on to the next cool looking level. If this is you then I recommend buying a different game.

This is great if you like your souls type of games. Looks great and play surprisingly well on a PS5 Pro if you run it in the balanced mode at 40fps but with motion blur on as it's smooths out the motion and feels more like 60fps.

Black myth wukong Best action games of the year 2023 awards.play it online it’s amazing,now I own it in physical disc. The graphic It’s phenomenal. Games play fun if you like to fight bosses alots of them too, don’t worry it not hard you just play as you learn skills and you come addicted 10/10 .A most have !..it been a classic in years to come.

Not really much else to say. This is little more than the latest in a very long line of games seeking to ape Dark Souls, with the end result (as ever) being an inferior experience to the titles it borrows so heavily from. It's not necessarily "bad" in any major way if taken on it's own merits... it's just very... unremarkable I guess. It offers nothing fresh or genuinely engaging in it's gameplay to differentiate it from it's peers. Possibly worth picking up on the cheap if you like soulslike titles, but don't expect anything on the level of any Fromsoft titles, or even the likes of Nioh or Lies of P to be honest.
