I am really enjoying the single-player games. This game is okay, but the story line is not that great. The timeline is short, and the ending is not perfect either. For a one-time play, it's okay.

This game stays true to the movie franchise. The gameplay reminded me of Alien Isolation given the premise is you need to sneak around undetected. Graphics-wise it’s not PS5 standard but at £25 for an 8-9 hour game it’s probably worth a punt if you are a fan of the films!

This is well worth your £25 can't go wrong for that price. Get them lights turned off, put the game on hard, turn on the microphone feature, get your self immersed it's great fun. If there's anyone in the family that gets scared from horror your in for a right treat. Good game bit short but well worth it. Your definitely get alien isolation vibes for certain. A world where everyone shuts the f up is like my dream world. No wonder streamers are having a hard time playing lol. Great game that kept me hooked throughout No bloat just great mechanics for saying this is a small studio i am honestly impressed. Looking forward to their next game and also might now check out their other games tormented fathers and broken porcelin. If you like stealth and detailed games i definately recommend this Took me around 9-10hrs and i go slow so for 25 that is great i’d honestly think they could have charged more Hopefully this does well and not get hated on just because its slow and methodical 🙏

This has to be the worst PS game I have ever played. The graphics are at best PS2 level as is the game play. To open a door you have to press x and then use the control stick to actually open the door. It is permanently dark. All in all it is a complete and utter waste of time and money and if I could give a zero star rating I would - avoid !

The game starts off strong, and you get the sense that something is building as you explore your surroundings and become familiar with the characters. However, it quickly deteriorates in quality and you feel no sense of attachment to the characters or interest in their individual or collective stories. The story doesn’t feel as immersive as the universe shown in the movies, rather it has a very obvious flow in the sense you know exactly where it’s going to go at all times. As I was playing, it always felt as though I’ve seen many parts of this story before in other horror movies/games, so for me, it lacked any real originality to actively entice and engage people. Personally, there was never a moment in the game that made me feel scared, nervous or threatened at all. I could only play Alien: Isolation for a hour or two before putting it down out of sheer horror and never touching it again, so I was expecting similar with this. However, the movements of the hunters felt predictable and clumsy, so their threat level was almost non-existent. Your actions while playing do not feel as consequential as they should either. Sometimes the actions that should get you hunted down, do not have any consequence; and the actions that shouldn’t get you hunted down, get you instantly killed. Cans on the floor seem to fly across the screen and repeatedly spin around for thirty seconds from the slightest touch, patches of ground seem to make the incorrect noise when moving on them sometimes, only adding to the frustrations of this game. There are a ton of glitches in this game at the moment, some that stop you both proceeding and going back on yourself, meaning the only way out is to scream down your microphone so you face death and can try again. Extremely frustrating when you are forced to start over again from a place you were in a while ago. This being said, it is a very good game for the price. I can imagine that in the future, after some patches are released, this will be a more rounded and cohesive game that many horror fans will be glad to own. The scenery, for the most part, is very impressive and the mechanics of the game are interesting. I just can’t help but wish it was a little bit more refined.
