One of the most popular current ways to lose weight fast is the keto diet, or ketogenic diet if we’re being ‘proper’ here. Keto is a high fat, medium protein, very low carbohydrate diet, like a sort of turbo-charged Atkins. That means that while there will certainly be no carbs before Marbs, whatever that means, there will be a fair amount of protein and a whole load of healthy fat. It’s not the easiest diet to follow, for reasons we’ll come to shortly, but it can be a sure-fire way to torch belly fat and feel healthy.
