I purchased a knife set, two individual knives and a magnetic stand to make, what I believe to be, a stunning functional set that I am happy to keep on display on the worktop. The knives look great, they are well weighted, feel good in the hand and they are razor sharp out of the box. I feel they are good value for money. They are expensive enough to make sure I take care of them by handwashing etc but cheap enough that I am not precious about them or scared to actually use them. I am hoping that they will last a long time if taken care of properly. Easy 5 stars!

Utterly brilliant knife! Incredibly robust and absolutely amazing quality, beautifully weighted/balanced. Such seamless attachment to the wooden handle to the blade and aesthetically just gorgeous. This is a hefty piece, midway between a cleaver and a carving knife which makes it adaptable to many uses in the kitchen for either professional or domestic use.

Had this little while now, it’s super sharp and seems to be holding its edge well. I like the shape of the blade with its slight curve, great for chopping with.I now use this as my main knife for most things. Just buy one, I can highly recommend it. NOTE: BLADE IS SHARPENED TO 15 DEGREES so find a decent sharpener that has that angle.
