I use this at the kitchen sink whilst preparing food and cooking due to difficulty standing for longer periods. I appreciate the adjustable height, swivel capability, good back support and comfort. The stool/chair comes in several pieces, well packed and easy to assemble. any tools required are supplied and really the only challenge is attaching the seat itself to the seatpost. just make sure the raising/lowering lever is in the correct position before tightening the screws. The only criticism I have is of the feet support bar which is not comfortable for bare feet. a wider platform would be better.

It came very well packed, each part was well padded and cushioned so there would be no chance of damage during transportation. Simple instructions and simple to assemble. All you do is place one base tubing into the other one, and it comes with an alan key and 5 bolts. 4 bolts connects the seat to the base and 1 must be a spare. And that’s it! It looks really modern and stylish. The seat is a kinda suede material. Feels and looks good, it’s ok to manoeuvre around. The minor negative’s are, one other reviewer mentioned you can’t rest shoeless feet on the foot rest bar for long as it’s a bit painful. And once sitting on the seat if your feet aren’t touching the floor it’s very hard to swivel, unless you’re close to some object (which I imagine you mostly would be anyway) where you can use your hands to push you into a gentle swivel or turn you. Another little thing, you can only raise the seat when you’re not sitting in it and only lower it when you’re seated in it. So when it’s up high it’s a little awkward to kinda lever yourself up (especially if you’re vertically challenged, like myself). But I’m able bodied and getting more and more used to that, so it’s ok for me. If you’re short and not so mobile you might struggle with this. It would be ideal if you could raise the seat while sitting in it, but I guess a lot of these types of stools/chairs work the same way? Despite the minor negative’s I’m relatively happy with this buy, providing I’m not slowly causing damage to the chair by constantly hoisting myself up. I guess time will tell, and I will update this review if that turns out to be the case in the next year or two. It feels sturdy enough when I’m sitting in it, but I wouldn’t say the same when I’m in the action of lifting myself up, when the seat is up high. I have to have it at a high level for what I need it for. My feet only just touch the floor when it’s at its lowest anyway, and I’m 5’ 7”.

This chair is worth every penny, beuatiful design in the seat of the chair with a nice wide chair that has a good length and depth to it so those of us who have large posteriors which may sound trivial but finding a decent bar chair that has a good length to it with good depth Great size to this which is adjustable and at 5ft 8 this is really comfortable with the foot stand on it. Very sturdy and clearly well made with strong materials as I'm no light weight at 18st this chair supports my weight with ease and i feel comfortable. Lovely grey colour and great choice of pu leather which is easy to keep clean as it is waterproof although i haven't exactly poured a pint of liquid on it there has been a few spills on this which have been easily wiped off/ Very easy to put tpogether

Very easy to assemble. Finishing appears to be acceptable. The chair itself is comfortable and spacious. On the lowest height the seat is sturdy enough. However on the highest setting, the chair is very wobbly - rocks from side to side - I feel like something is going to give any minute. The 85cm claimed height actually becomes 78cm when you sit in the chair. This is disappointing as it was purchased to be used at a high working desk and the result is that the seat level is too low. I’m going to give it a week and reserve further judgment. Most probably this will be retuned.
