Not much of a reviwer to be honest, but as I was sceptical about this and have been pleasantly surprised, I thought it maybe helpful to the other sceptics trawling through reviews thinking is it worth it! So I had a cheap/free one originally which i used and wished was just that bit sharper and more robust build wise. So that's why i purchased this in the first place. This does chop like a dream to the point you can do it one handed. Nothing so far has got stuck/squashed in the blades and it was easy to clean. Be aware THIS IS VERY SHARP. So far breezed through, all salad veg, onions, peppers, carrots, cheese and cooked chicken. Pro's: Easy to use, sharp, easy to clean, good size collection box. If you like uniform chopped food, but lack either the patience, knife skills or dexterity to do that, then this is for you! Area of improvement: The cutting surface area is quite small, perfectly standard by the looks of other makes, but i think a larger cutting area would make this product even more of a front runner.

It is great as a chopper (especially for onion or vegs), but not that great as a grater. It is sharp and you can have perfectly chopped veggies in seconds- it was super useful for preparing Christmas food for more people. However, I find it uncomfortable to use as a grater and I won’t be using it for this purpose.
