I've never been so happy to receive a cleaning product. We had gone from an orderly household to one in which it felt every living creature (including humans) were committing unspeakable acts over the carpet in the space of 2 days. Most of it was down to the new puppy but our youngest had an unfortunate incident where his dinner came back after a particularly eventful day in the sun at legoland. On reflection a, heavy dinner of chorizo bean chilli probably wasn't the best for him after a day like that. After the horrors that ensued there, we've agreed to retire that family favourite meal for a while as I for one can't look at it and feel remotely hungry. It's worth mentioning our carpet is a creamy beige. You know what colour chorizo bean chilli is, right? We cleaned up as best we could but the aforementioned puppy KEPT GOING BACK TO THE SPOT AND LICKING THE CARPET. Cleary something was lingering. In comes this marvellous bottle to save the day. I went round the areas the pup had peed on the carpet and it got rid of any lingering smell very quickly. Also copious amounts were sprayed on the scene of the chorizo bean chilli's 2nd coming. After leaving it to work for the recommended time we blotted it up and went back for a few sniff tests as it dried up. Everything seems fine. No residual smells and no staining. I even sprayed it straight on to a wet patch of puppy pee and blotted it back up and it seems to have tackled it in one go. So all in all pleased overall as it seems very effective. The puppy hasn't returned to that particular patch of carpet since for a sneaky taste of 2nd hand chorizo bean chilli. The smell isn't great to me - it's hard to describe, it doesn't smell super fresh or anything, nor is it particularly unpleasant. It just has a small that doesn't do much for me. But in terms of dealing with some truly nasty stuff, it seems to excel. The spray has harmless bacteria in it to really get down to business with anything causing a stench. To cap it off the dog pooped on the carpet this morning too. In the 30 seconds I didn't have eyes on her. Fortunately it was easy to pick up and a quick spray / blot has dealt with any potential odour. No doubt I'll need more spray as I'm half way through the bottle already. But I'd definitely buy more of this. Also, it's fairly pricey but considering it works well, I think I can live with that.

Product arrived with a leak, delivery driver was great and checked before he gave it to me. Accepted the parcel as I really really needed it! Although I didn’t loose too much. This product is fantastic, I soaked the sofa and it has completely removed the urine smell, no damage to the colour of the fabric and being it’s a nubuck material I was concerned but it’s all ok. Took a good 24-48 to dry. Will highly recommend but please sort the nozzle situation out!

The media could not be loaded. It works well however it needs to be reapplied few times in order to get rid of unwanted smell, this spray is easy to use and it has strong nice smell

My cat took the opportunity to indulge in some homegrown catnip, got the munchies, demolished a pack of whiskas biscuit treats and then fell asleep on the bed only to wake up to vomit on his bed blanket, the duvet cover and seeped into the duvet. The duvet is feather filled and I was concerned that the vomit had seeped into the feathers, not to mention the smell of meaty cat treats on the stained area. I used the foam action of the spray that seemed to tackle all the issues of odour, colour and bacteria before taking the duvet to the launderette (which was another adventure). The spray has a pleasant fragrance and post washing there was no sign of any staining or smell. My only criticism would be the leaking if the product in the sealed transit bag. The spray worked well for me in cat urine/markings. Price was acceptable and same day delivery was very helpful. Cat has now recovered and knows to leave at least 1 hour between catnip leaves and munchies.

the liquid and formula while chemically smelly, wprks well to lift and eliminate odous, however the pump action and bottle design are by far the worst design i've every used, with it having the all round wrap label also serving to make it impossible to see how much is left. why is it anmoying? once its over half full it seems utterly incapable of spraying at any slightly inclined angle. where do you want to apply it most? downwards, will that work? no, it'll drive you wild at how badly it works. some packages come without the pump handle attatched, which is great as you can tranfer it to a different spray gun, but they often arrive with the pump latched on, meaning you have to destroy it to perform a transfer

We bought this spray as it is enzymatic so should stop our puppy going for unexpected little accidents in places we do not want her to. Aafter spending a few moments re-evaluating my life about how it had come to me discovering what enzymatic meant, i used the product on our wood flooring. It is excellent at removing smells and seems to do the trick as far as repeat visits go. It smells better than other disinfectants which is also a bonus. Would recommend to help with puppy training and considering buying enough to spray the whole house!

If you have a pet, this product is a must have! It effectively gets rid of stains and oder with very little effort on your part. The solution sprays well and has three different ways to spray. Simply twist the nozzle to your desired setting and it will spray as desired. The smell of the solution is not strong and very pleasant. I have tried many different brands and this one is superior to all. Don’t waste your money on any other brand! 10/10 recommend for any household with pets!
