It has windows 11 installed but it is not installing any software to work on. I have not bought this PC to just brows like notepad. It was kept asking for product keys and I have asked some one to help me and I thing this PC has been reset but it is not working properly. Please call me for help or just arrange this to be refunded as this is not something I was expecting.

Just a quick review of this, i7-2600 cpu, 16gb mem desktop. It's a small and tidy unit, I've added a GT 1030 graphics card (low profile) which fits perfectly in one of the two spare PCIe slots on the board. IT works fine as an entry level gaming rig, £130 and a bit for the PC and about £62 for the low profile gfx card from amazon. All delivered the next day, took me about 15 mins to get it set up. Comes with a SSD drive and 1TB spinning disk. First thing I did was boot it from a Debian Linux Live USB stick and used the "dd" command to block level dump the 256GB drive to the 1TB NTFS drive as a file. Now if I ever need to "reinstall windows" from scratch I can do the same and just read the file back onto the 256GB SSD and I'm at recovery point and can start from scratch. Desktop is a nice small foot print but so be careful about graphics cards. The GT 1030 is perfect because it's low profile (full height will NOT fit in this case) and doesn't need any special power connectors that you won't get from this PSU. Machine is super quick to boot and a joy to use. Cannot grumble at all about the quality of the hardware or delivery speed.

WiFi dongle was provided. Very cheap and flimsy. Doesn't even work. I asked for a credit to put towards a better one. I was refused and was told they'd send another the same. Been waiting ages. Hasn't arrived. Sold by a third party who are very unhelpful. Amazon can't intervene, apparently... Wished I'd gone for something else. Decent enough spec but only 1080p not 4k so that's disappointing.

When this refurbished computer arrived it was packed very well and looked like new. When it was set up it worked well and was very much quicker than my old computer and much smaller. I am so far very pleased with my purchase.
