Since leaving my original review, the manufacturer reached out to me to try to resolve my issue. They were adamant that they stood by their warranty. I was provided with a replacement and asked to test that it worked as expected as the engineers had found an issue that was resolved in later models. Freya, from their customer service team, contacted me frequently to ensure that I was happy with the replacement and that it worked as expected. Not once did I have to chase for an update. They were the most proactive customer service team that I had ever experienced. So... The new hardware... It works as a charging cable now, which was the only gripe that I had before. When connected to the headset and playing it appears to hold a charge. I did not notice it lose charge while connected so also a win. Overall, if you are looking for a decent length cable to extend your VR play time, I can recommend this. In order to be fully transparent and to highlight how good their customer service was, I am leaving my original review below. ---Original Review - Please read above for revised review--- As a connection to my PC, this cable works great but not so much as a charging cable. No matter which order I connect the power cable, the headset still discharges at normal or very slightly under normal speed. This results in a low battery warning. This is the same on my quest 1 and 3 with and without battery pack. I have even left it connected overnight and it has not fully charged the battery pack. Mine maybe faulty. Not sure but others have reported similar and many have stated that it works as expected.

Worked great as soon as i plugged it in, my pc instantly detected it, getting much more stable pcvr games now, elite dangerous for example only 18ms lag. Charges pico as well, always 100% charged even after hrs of ganeplay, nice touch with the small green charge indicator light on the headset end of cable shining forward. Well worth the money, great quality, not cheap looking at all. Very pleased with it.

Ein absolut gutes Kabel! Per Klettverschluss einfach anzubringen! Stört mich kein Stück beim spielen. Es lädt die Brille (QUEST 3) , zwar langsam , während dem spielen auf. SteamVR bzw PCVR funktioniert super. Angeschlossen habe ich das Kabel an einen USB 3.2 (10 GBps) Port. Oculus Software gibt eine Übertragungsrate von 2.4 - 3 GBps an (Gelegentlich auch höher als 3 GBps allerdings NIE niedriger als 2.4) Bildqualität sowie Ton sind 1A ohne zu bemängeln. Während 4 Stunden dauer zocken (Ghost of Tabor) ist mir absolut nichts negatives aufgefallen. KEINE Verbindungs Abbrüche oä. Für den Preis einfach TOP TOP TOP. Andere Link Kabel haben bei mir erst gar nicht funktioniert, dass hier funktioniert einwandfrei. Empfehle es jeden mit guten Gewissen weiter. !!! Gerät : QUEST 3 128gb. funziona alla perfezione con il quest 3, riesco a ricaricarlo mentre lo utilizzo senza neanche dover seguire l'ordine di collegamento consigliato. Personalmente lo utilizzo in ambito simracing e mi consente di non avere nessun problema di autonomia. L'ho consigliato ad un amico e anche lui riesce a tenerlo carico durante l'utilizzo
