The console itself is a very good bargain considering its refurbished it’s known to be working and cleaned up after its previous owner, and it works perfectly fine although I recently installed a larger hard drive in the console and it brought to my attention that the console has missing screws, although this isn’t that serious, it is a bit concerning. Additionally some ribbon cables on the console are folded and crinkled up which raised serious concerns but they are functional. Overall, as long as you aren’t taking the thing apart to clean it or upgrade it or move it around a lot, it’s a very good buy and I would recommend over the newer series X/S consoles.

One controller arrived broken which they replaced but the one they replaced it with was blocked by Microsoft because it wasn't an official controller and then we had to buy a brand new one for £50 from another seller. If you sell a controller with the Xbox logo on it should be official but obviously not! Customer service was really unhelpful and rude I wouldn’t suggest buying from them.

Ordered product in excellent condition, as seen by pictures it wasn't what I would call excellent. Shell is covered in scratches and the controller came with what I can only call, “caked” dust as well as it being faulty as the left stick is drifting within seconds of use. Delivery tracking of my expensive refurbished console was abysmal, sellers sent a ripped up piece of paper in the mail (tracked as my package) informing me my package had been shipped, it had not been. And it wasn’t until I got in touch with them that they provided me with the correct tracking link. Xbox is in working condition but what an abhorrent experience it was to receive it. Cannot say I recommend this seller, at all. 3 stars due to functionality.

I started looking at buying a new console after my old xbox one finally died. Didn't want to break the bank, and couldn't afford a brand new series x. A good compromise was another x box one, but the upgraded one x, capable of 4k definition. I had j7st bought a 4k tv so thought this was a good match. After a bit of research I knew it would all work and took the plunge on a renewed xbox one x console from this seller. It was delivered fast and had everything I needed in the box. On set up, quickly realised the controller didn't work properly. Only the sticks seemed to work and not the buttons or the triggers. I msged the seller and they sent me the details on how to return the controller, and await a replacement. In the mean time I had a local computer dealer have a look and he got the controller working. I didn't want to faff around waiting for another delivery, so I let the seller know I had paid for it to be fixed and no longer needed a replacement. Anyway just recieved a refund that covers the the price of fixing the controller. I never asked for this or wanted it, seems the seller is just a decent company and did this on thier own. Highly recommended seller, many thanks and if you are on the fence, this is the one to go for. 10/10 nice one
